Sonny Fodera is used to headlining huge crowds at the Hordern Pavilion, but later this month, fans can catch him playing an exclusive gig to a 250-capacity room in Bondi. It's all thanks to Vodafone Music and Bondi Lines, who are bringing the Australian DJ and producer to the beachside venue for a one-off show — but you'll have to have luck on your side to get through the door. With more than a decade in dance music, Fodera has built a global following with his groove-driven, vocal-led house sound. 'Somedays' (with Jazzy and D.O.D) and 'Asking' (with MK and Clementine Douglas) both reached the UK Top 10, peaking at No 5 and No 7. For an artist who's played Coachella, Tomorrowland and EDC Las Vegas, this is about as close as most fans will ever get to his decks. It's the kind of access Vodafone Music, Vodafone Australia's live music platform, was set up to create. The show takes place at The Clubhouse, North Bondi Surf Life Saving Club on Friday, October 23, with entry decided by a ballot hosted by Bondi Lines on Eventbrite.
