The veg-heavy menu is designed to share in this one-time wool factory.
Overview
Rolling with the trend of continual reinvention that thrives within the Footscray community, There makes its home in a converted wool factory that offers high ceilings, plenty of light and tastefully minimalist decor.
The food is inspired by the modern trend of share plates but applies that principle to the most coveted of bougie meals: brunch. The menu changes regularly according to season and market availability but you can expect to see a wide range of small and large dishes, as well as an assortment of sides. There are plates like smoked butter scrambled eggs on sourdough, golden potato rostis with hollandaise, and smoked salmon matched with caper creme fraiche, all designed to share.
The 'farm and field' offering rotates daily, featuring a protein matched with seasonal salads, available from 10.30am until sold out. And there's also a nifty secret menu worth asking the staff about. Shhh, you didn't hear it from us.
