The O Hamos! philosophy is simple: if it isn't grown or reared on their own land, it doesn't grace their tables.
Quirky touches abound, such as bread playfully dangling from the back of the chair in a charming string bag, while meals — such as the Mavromatika (Greek black-eyed peas salad), cheese pies and potato bakes — are artfully presented on handmade terracotta.
