Overview

Heading out for your annual Mother's Day brunch was off the cards last year due to New Zealand's COVID-19 lockdown. This year you can make up for it by spoiling dear old ma to a buffet extravaganza of desserts and chocolates in a luxurious five-star hotel.

For one day only, InterContinental Wellington's pastry chefs will serve a curated selection of cakes, gateaux, mousse and other delicacies as part of its chocolate buffet. The afternoon of indulgence will include an ice cream station, live crepé station and a chocolate fountain for good measure, plus all mums will be treated to a glass of champagne, too.

The one-off event will run on Sunday, May 9 from 12.30pm to 4.30pm. There is limited seating available.
