A battle over the origin of funk music will take place at Neck of the Woods on Friday 4 November as two party-starting bands come together for the ultimate dual.
Caped and horn-toting crusaders Superhero Second Line will come face-to-face with 11-piece afrobeat juggernaut Ijebu Pleasure Club to decide the whether the danceable genre of funk originated from the swampy southern states, or the coast of West Africa.
As you cool off your dancing shoes, the decision will come down to audience preference. Don't miss this ultimate clash of the titan horn sections.
