Returning for its fourth year, the series will host The Music Of Coldplay and Queen By Candlelight at Christchurch Town Hall for two unforgettable evenings of rock music, set against the backdrop of hundreds of flickering candles. 

It might not be the members of Queen or Coldplay themselves. Still, with world-class singers and a live band from London's West End taking to the stage for one night only at Christchurch Town Hall to play hits like "Sky Full of Stars", "Bohemian Rhapsody" and plenty more, it's the closest thing to the real deal you can get.

The Music Of Coldplay By Candlelight will take the stage at Christchurch Town Hall on Friday, August 29, at 7.30pm. Queen By Candlelight will take over Christchurch Town Hall the night before on Thursday, August 28, at 7:30pm, featuring a cast of West End singers accompanied by a live rock band. Direct from Carnegie Hall, New York and following a run of sell-out shows across the UK and Australia, the candlelight performance promises an unforgettable evening full of Queen anthems. This may be your one chance to relive the iconic ballads from Freddie Mercury, with hits like "It's a Kind of Magic" and "Who Wants to Live Forever", bound to get the adrenaline pumping.
