Led by chef Karl Martin-Boulton, just eight seats are set around an open kitchen where he produces a six-course degustation showcasing exceptional local makers and producers.
With a front-row seat to the kitchen, diners are encouraged to chat with each other and the chef to share their love of good food and togetherness.
