Overview

What do an epic fire pit, British chef Marco Pierre White, Sydney band The Rubens and London's DJ BBQ have in common? They'll all be heading to the Swan Valley, Western Australia, in November for Gourmet Feast in the Valley.

This two-day festival will do exactly what the name suggests: treat you to a feast. That's a feast of gourmet eats — seared, sizzled and grilled over the Feast Fire Pit, presented by Australian Good Meat. While celeb chefs Pierre White and Jess Pryles (US) take the familiar barbecue to decadent new heights, DJ BBQ will do the party-starting soundtracking.

Complementing this banquet will be a selection of food trucks, peddling South American comfort food from Soul Provider, handcrafted bao from Baolicious and Brazilian fusion tapioca crepes from The Tapi Truck, among other delights.

Matching your picks will be a number of top-shelf beverages, thanks to the region's many incredible winemakers, brewers and distillers. Or, take things up a notch and create your own gin with Old Young's, who'll be hosting gin workshops over the two-days. And keep an eye on the main stage, where you'll find a roster of live music, featuring The Rubens and Sydney songwriter Fergus James, plus WA acts Odette Mercy & Her Soul Atomics, Carla Geneve, Web Rumors and Abbe May.

Gourmet Escape is also offering up 20 free double passes. So, if you'd like to hit this feast up for free, head here.

Gourmet Feast in the Valley will take over Sandalford Wines for two glorious days, on Saturday, November 9and Sunday, November 10. It's just one part of Western Australia Gourmet Escape presented by Westpac, a ten-day extravaganza.
