Overview

Inside a revitalised 1907 heritage bank, Fargo and Co has established itself as a go-to inner-city spot for a quick drink after work or a leisurely weekend wind-down session. Thankfully, you won't have to overdraw your account to enjoy a good time here, as the Richmond venue is known for opening up the vault and offering some killer deals.

Every Saturday and Sunday, you can enjoy a windfall of mimosas during Fargo's beloved bottomless brunch for $59 a head, while the brunch menu includes gems like espresso martini waffles (with espresso martini ice cream, Patron chocolate sauce, roasted white chocolate and meringue kisses) and a big brunch bowl complete with avo, broccoli salad, pumpkin and almonds — all for $20.

The bar also hosts yoga classes with a glass of wine included in the cost, bottomless fried chicken on Wednesdays ($25 per person, and you get a glass of beer or bubbles), and freshly shucked oysters for just a buck each on Thursdays.

If the weather is less than ideal, nab a spot indoors beside the sleek art deco-style bar. But when the sun is shining, you'll want to soak it up on the rooftop terrace.
