Operating with the motto, "unsophisticated and proud of it," it's all about celebrating the Bluff oyster – an especially tasty mollusc known for its creamy, intense flavour.
Next scheduled for May 2025, this iconic Southland event is held in simple sheds and features a musical lineup of local talent.
