Overview

It's said Rippon Vineyard is the most photographed vineyard in the world. And you'll understand why when you see it — rows of vines stretch down the slopes towards Lake Wānaka, offering up gorgeous views of tiny Ruby Island and the surrounding mountains. Planted in 1912 and watched over by five generations of the Mills family, Rippon is Wānaka's oldest vineyard. Pay the family a visit and taste their biodynamic wines on the patio, taking in the panorama.
