Out the back of Abel Smith Street, the guys at Raglan Roast started in the back of their kite surfing shop up in Raglan, with just a coffee machine and their own beans. They're now bringing great coffee at better prices to every hung-over student and overloaded business man in Welly.

It's the $3 flat whites and massive Einstein mural that sets Raglan apart. The coffee is smooth, it's brewed with dedication and you can expect consistently good coffee and good chat. In the last 16 years they've taken the New Zealand coffee scene by storm, hiding themselves away in places only coffee enthusiasts braving the Wellington wind will find.
