Orchestra Wellington was the only ensemble in the world to play their full season in a crisis-hit 2020 — including a sold-out series of koha concerts.

To kick off the new year in style, the orchestra will treat concert-goers to a cinematic extravaganza by performing the music from Avengers, Iron Man and Captain America. The immersive family-friendly A Superhero Experience at Wellington's Michael Fowler Centre is a must-see for fans of the Marvel universe.

An afternoon matinée performance will be complete with bouncy castles and face painting from 1.30pm, while the evening show will have the bar ready from 6.30pm for the adults.
