19 diners, 19 courses, 190 minutes. This fast-paced gastronomical adventure of taste, atmosphere and pace is sure to challenge your tastebuds and leave you out of breath (or at the very least, exhaust your appetite). Salty, sour, bitter, sweet and umami will all feature on your palate at some stage during the night, complemented by the best wines, beers and spirits at what sounds like a one-of-a-kind event.
