Overview

As part of Oxfam's Fairtrade Fortnight, the Wellington Chocolate Factory is extending multiple golden tickets (worth $11 a pop) to Wellington locals to enter the factory gates for six official tours.

From bean to bar, the tour takes punters through the entire process of making that delectable, mouth-watering, cacao-based treat - including where and how the beans are sourced, the tolls of the trade and all the other finesses involved.

To finish off the tour, a full range of the Factory's chocolates are available to taste.

Tours will be running on Tuesday, May 13th at 5:30pm and 6:15pm; Thursday, May 15th at 5:30pm and 6:15pm and Friday, May 16th at  5:30pm and 6:15pm.
