Gelissimo Glow Gelato

Overview

A popular fixture of the LUX Light Festival is heading back to the waterfront for the first time in two years. Alongside Odlins Plaza's huge new multi-sensory Van Gogh exhibition, Gelissimo Glow Gelato is serving up its ultra-violet scoops until the end of October.

The Cable Street gelateria will be transformed into a UV-lit haven inside and out, while visitors can indulge the senses with glow-in-the-dark flavours like 'Chocolate Lava', 'Martian Mint', 'ManGlow', 'Orbit Orange', 'Solar Strawberry' and 'Lunar Lemon'.

The eye-catching gelato that glows under UV lights is made with natural colouring from the likes of beetroot and turmeric.

Gelissimo Glow Gelato will run every Wednesday to Saturday from 5.30–10pm.
