Kraken
A wonderfully absurd one-man show about the fear of change and the ocean floor.
Overview
Trygve Wakenshaw is back with his highly anticipated new physical comedy, Kraken.
Wakenshaw's Squidboy took the festival circuit by storm last year, winning Best Comedy at Auckland Fringe 2013 and selling out at the 2013 Edinburgh Festival Fringe and Perth Fringe World.
In his follow-up work Kraken, the NZ born, Paris-trained clown uses mime, mouth sounds and the audience's imagination to create a wonderfully absurd stream-of-consciousness narrative about fear of change and the ocean floor. Wakenshaw is performing both Squidboy and Kraken as part of the NZ International Comedy Festival.
