Overview

A Sliver Scroll winner and a regular collaborator with all-star music collective Fly My Pretties will combine their talents for a co-headline tour of the country.

Lips is the project of Stephanie Brown. Based out of Brooklyn, New York, the songwriter has experienced a wealth of success in New Zealand, being awarded the prestigious Silver Scroll award in 2012 for the song ‘Everything To Me’. She has released two EPs under the Lips moniker to date, with a debut full-length album on the cards for 2016. Alongside new member Fen Ikner, this will be Lips’ first ever tour in New Zealand.

Solo artist Anna Coddington is known for her melodic alt-pop creations and multi-instrumental ability. The singer, guitarist and sometime-drummer has released two full length albums of her own material, as well as added her flair to albums by Anika Moa, Bic Runga, Dimmer, and large scale productions Eru Dangerspiel and Fly My Pretties.

Throughout the ten-date tour, the musicians' will perform without the use of backing tracks or loop pedals in an effort to produce an authentic live experience, as well as show off off their chops. Dipping into an arsenal of instruments, each act will play songs from their back catalogues, as well as new material.

Pre-sale tickets will also come with a free download of both artists’ new singles.
