Overview

A darling of the Hong Kong dining scene, May Chow first created a buzz in 2013 with the opening of Little Bao, a playful restaurant dishing up her twist on classic comfort foods.

Since then, Little Bao has become one of the city's favourite haunts and May has gained an international following thanks to her innovative approach and unique culinary style.

This August as part of Welly On a Plate's Chef Collaboration series, the award-winning chef will be heading to our shores to deliver a fun and authentic cross-cultural eating experience.

For two nights only, May will be teaming up with Mr Go's to roll out a multi-course menu celebrating some of Hong Kong's most familiar dishes as well as some of the more unfamiliar and unexpected.

Visa Wellington On a Plate, the capital's favourite foodie fiesta, returns in August with a month-long celebration of culinary delights. This year's festival invites you to feast your senses, with a smorgasbord of tantalising events, burgers, dishes and cocktails that'll leave you hungry for more. The festival takes place from 1 August - 31 August, across various venues.
