Overview

The gang at San Fran have outdone themselves this August, devising two glorious weekends of beer, music and food with their four-chapter event Music 2 Brew 2.

Each night’s revelry toasts to a different craft beer style, as San Fran invites four local breweries to curate a taster menu like none other. Panhead Custom Ales, Garage Project, ParrotDog and Tuatara Brewing will showcase a veritable smorgasbord of new tipples from unique recipes concocted with music in mind. Each brewery has selected a local band whose music illustrates the soul of their beers and will collaborate with chef and musician Ian Gordon (of Fat Freddy’s Drop) to create a bespoke food menu, sure to serenade the flavours of what could be your new favourite libation.

ParrotDog will release Ruru – their fourth Rare Bird into the wild, accompanied by Luke Buda’s newest band Teeth. Panhead Custom Ales have fermented a new beer under the influence of San Fran stalwarts The Nudge. Garage Project are unveiling a new addition brewed especially for the occasion, which will be paired with the All Star Grunt Ensemble. Tuatara Brewing invite you to imbibe on a new drop developed to compliment New Orleans second-line style brass band The Richter City Rebels.
