Overview

In response to COVID-19, the NZ Art Show has been cancelled for 2020. In an effort to keep the local arts community thriving and connected, the show is heading online for an eight-month residency. The virtual exhibition will run from 1 May until the end of the year showcasing over 150 New Zealand artists.

Each week the online show will introduce some of the selected artists and visitors will be able to purchase their work from the comfort of home. In the first week you'll be introduced to fine art photography from Paula Petherick, mesmerising circular work from Bruce Stillwell, meticulous glass structures from Richard Landers, and new conceptual pieces from Micheline Robinson which reiterate and emphasise the need for connection.

The NZ Art Show is typically held over the Queen's Birthday weekend, and is our country's largest sale of affordable and original Kiwi art.
