Overview

If your New Year's resolution is to flex your creative muscles a little more, you may as well do it while staying hydrated.

Paintvine, the country's premiere paint-and-sip series is back for 2022, with a stacked set of events on the lineup guaranteed to get those creative juices going... or at least, the giggles. Over the course of each two-hour session, Paintvine's experienced art teachers will guide you through artistic tips and tricks to help your canvas come to life, all while you enjoy a few bevvies.

With multiple sessions a week on offer at various venues across Wellington — including The Arborist Rooftop Bar, Waitoa Social Club and Hotel Bristol — you can try your hand at a classic still life, a nude-life drawing class, a Matisse-inspired landscape, or even a glow-in-the-dark scene using UV lights. There are also a few specialty 'Drag-vine' sessions, if you feel like mixing painting, wine and a cabaret show.

If you think you're the next Cab Sav-adore Dali (we cannot claim that, it's on the site) check out the full calendar of events on the offical website.
