Yoga Rhapsody, run by Jemma and Paul, bring their classes to the rooftop haven, The Arborist. If the sun is out so are the yoga mats. The Arborist Rooftop bar acts as a cosy place among the clouds for a weekend release. Keep an eye on the Yoga Rhapsody Facebook for confirmation of class, weather dependent.
If the heavens open and the sun graces the rooftop make sure to bring your mat and join the rooftop yoga. For $15 you'll walk away with peace of mind for the weekend. Start your day under the sun and end it in the same place, maybe with a drink in hand.
