Shut Up and Dance: All We Want For Christmas

Like it or loathe it Christmas is creeping up, and sometimes the best way to beat the craziness is to chuck on your dancing shoes and boogie the night away to all your favourite cheesy tunes. Thankfully the team at Shut Up and Dance are here to provide some much needed dance therapy this December at their All We Want For Christmas charity event.

From 7-10pm, you're invited to hit the d-floor at San Fran for the ultimate dance party. With a playlist featuring all your guilty pleasures (think Backstreet Boys and Beyoncé, Spice Girls and S Club), this is your chance to embrace the silly season and bop until you drop. If you've been to any Shut Up and Dance classes before, show off your sweet moves and impress your pals, as the team recaps some of the best routines from the year. Whether you're a professional mover or prefer dancing to your own beat, this is your party and you can dance how you want to.

Girl Power dressing is encouraged so you can channel your inner Spice Girl, or if that's not your bag just wear something you can move and groove in. Food and drinks will be available to purchase during the night to keep you fuelled, and you can also pick up a nifty NOPE Sisters tee, with 25 percent of the proceeds from each tee going to charity.

All money raised from the dance party will be donated to Wellington Rape Crisis & Sexual Abuse HELP Wellington, so you can dance and do good this December.
