Overview

For many of us, life can be a daily struggle. The constant bombardment of minute pieces of life-changing information can become overwhelming, draining, all-together suffocating. Sometimes it feels like there isn't a moment of organic happiness left in the world anymore. But sun-kissed, newly-vintage Aussie poets The Babe Rainbow are here to sweep you out of your funk, and entrance you with their psychedelic instrumental colour to wash away the blues.

After traveling the globe wooing audiences with their vintage flares and road-tripping melodies, the boys are back on Kiwi turf to romance audiences across the country with their second album Double Rainbow. A bright, happy, and summer album written after a wild year charming Laneway Festival audiences across Australia, alongside headlining heavyweights Anderson .Paak and The War on Drugs.

If you missed out on a ticket to see these long-haired beauties at Tora Bombora in the Wairarapa, have no fear, there's no doubt these minstrels will be playing at a niche venue near you. Performing throughout January, The Babe Rainbow will be found hypnotizing audiences at the new Parrotdog Bar in Wellington, Whammy Bar in Auckland, or Soundsplash in Raglan.

So, grab your ticket, grab your mates, put on your very best vintage shirt and say 'cheers' with a kombucha, because these lads know how to party in the summertime.
