It’s no secret that the House of Dumplings produces exceptional dumplings across the Wellington market scene, at their headquarters on Taranaki Street, and in a number of select supermarkets. While there are plenty of opportunities to purchase their delicious wee pockets of goodness – wouldn’t it just be so much better if you could just whip them up at home?

Well, now you can. As part of Wellington on a Plate, Vicki Ha from House of Dumplings is here to share her trade secrets. Learn about dough, fillings and various methods of cooking dumplings in a delicious and informative cooking class. Naturally, you get to eat your own creations, which under Vicki’s instruction will hopefully be as good as her own (no promises from anyone).
