For its next tiered feast, flamboyant Parisian-inspired restaurant Hippopotamus is throwing down a spread fit to spoil the leading lady in your life. The Yas Queen Victorian High Tea will run right through Mother's Day and Queen's Birthday weekends, serving up three tiers of themed treats.

For $41 per person, or $47 with a bonus glass of bubbly, you'll indulge in delectable treats like Victorian sponge cake, tiramisu and amaretto macaroons, and double chocolate mille feuille. There are plenty of savoury items to choose from, too, including prosciutto eclairs, posh pork sausage rolls and classic scones with cucumber dill and cream cheese.

Bookings are essential for the service every Saturday and Sunday between 10 April and 6 June, 2021. The high tea kicks off from 2pm.
