Black Pineapple Has Released a Boozy Pavlova Cocktail Kit to Make Your Christmas Merry and Bright

Okay so its country of origin might be hotly contested, but there is no doubt Kiwis love a pavlova — and love a drink. So booze connoisseurs Black Pineapple Co. have created a new (and very limited-edition) cocktail kit, especially for Christmas with gift-giving (and drinking!) in mind.

Founded by hospitality veteran Frankie Walker, Black Pineapple Co. offers customised beverage experiences, from themed bars to seasonal cocktails. This year's Christmas tipple is one you can whip up yourself at home, using the Anna Pavlova cocktail kit, which contains all you need to create a fabulously festive drink. Each cocktail is packed with summer berries and strawberry-infused gin and topped off with a raspberry coulis meringue.

First, choose the level of kit your want — the most basic level starts at $69 and contains all the ingredients, garnishes and instructions you need to make four cocktails — there are also eight and 12 cocktail options.
The elevated kit 'Put Me on the Nice List' starts at $115 and includes all the above as well as a cocktail shaker and strainer.

If you want to go all out for a cocktail connoisseur, grab the 'Put Me on the Naughty List' kit — it starts at $159 and includes ingredients, garnishes and instructions for four cocktails as well as a full seven-piece cocktail set. That's sure to make their day extremely merry and bright.
