Cocktail of the Weekend: Jennifer Love Hewitt

The Jennifer Love Hewitt is Sam Kopua's take on a Dick Hewitt, but with Irish whiskey. Dick Hewitt was an English footballer who played professionally for York City and Barnsley from 1961 until 1971.

Ingredients

30mls Jameson Whiskey
30mls Benedictine Liqueur
30mls Delamain Cognac XO
1 Cinnamon stick

Method

1. Place a large piece of ice in a brandy snifter.
2. Pour the Jameson, then the Benedictine then the Delmain over the ice.
3. Add the cinnamon.
