Cocktail of the Weekend: The Bow St. Breakfast

The Bow St Breakfast was inspired by breakfast cocktails which were appropriate with brunch, but also not too intense for an early morning. It's essentially a delicious Jameson-infused pancake as Concrete Bar's Johnny Wallace explains.

Ingredients

45 ml of Jameson
10 ml of creme de banane
15 ml maple syrup
6-8 blueberries

Method

1. Muddle and shake all ingredients together and  fine strain over 1 big ice cube in either a rounded rocks glass or a brandy balloon.
2. Shake 15 ml of baileys and 30ml double cream.
3. Float over the top and garnish with a blueberry skewer.
