Since 1987, Whitestone Cheese has produced some of New Zealand's top artisan goods from the Victorian-era streets of Ōamaru.
Yet this colourful eatery takes inspiration from the 1950s, with this diner-meets-deli adorned with rose-pink walls and powder blue booths.
On a laid-back menu, a selection of tasting plates and boards showcase the cheesemaker's wares. Then, gourmet burgers, cheese rolls and toasties offer more nutty, melted goodness.
