Overview

King of the Harlem street sound and member of ubiquitous rap group ASAP Mob - ASAP Ferg - is on his way to New Zealand for a one-off show in one of our most iconic music venues, The Powerstation.

First appearing on The Mob's debut major release, Long.Live.ASAP, Ferg quickly built up a devoted fan base thanks to his bombastic style and bouncing hooks. Following this he released his 2013 debut solo album Trap Lord to rave reviews and fanfare, which ultimately saw him scoop Rookie of the Year at the BET Awards and earn a spot on tour with Drake and Rihanna.

Fast forward three years and Ferg has released his second album, including huge singles such as the piano-house driven 'Strive' which features an impressive return to form from Missy Elliot. His second effort shows he's matured with more introspective lyrics and subject matter, while not losing the effortless style and flawless production present on his first release.

Don't miss your chance to catch one of rap's most promising up-and-comers live and large.
