Overview

Auckland Transport's annual contribution to Auckland Restaurant Month gives attendees the opportunity to gorge themselves and burn calories at the same time. We're not talking about a gym-restaurant hybrid, Dinner by Bike is a progressive dinner by cycle around Auckland's streets and restaurants.

The journey will take you on a scenic route through the city, starting in City Works Depot with an entrée at Odettes, followed by a main course at The Culpeper on Princess Wharf, dessert at Miss Clawdy and a drink to finish at Brothers Beer.

Participants will cover approximately 8km over the course of the evening via quiet roads, cycle paths and parks. It is expected that all riders understand the road rules and have good basic bike control. The ticket price includes three courses with an after-dinner drink, bike hire (optional), guide and wet weather gear.
