Overview

Wellington's musical darlings, Fly My Pretties are coming our way for a beautiful show in the Botanic Gardens. They couldn't have picked a better location, or time slot- this will be a quintessential summer show you won't want to miss.

Renowned for recording live albums to audiences across New Zealand, the FMP collective has recorded their latest effort, String Theory, and will present it in a stunning three-hour set with a 14-strong cast in addition to special guests.

String Theory explores the fabric of our existence through music, uncovering the cosmos and trying to unlock our place within it. This tour will bring the album, the sixth outing from Fly My Pretties, to life in the way the songs were meant to be heard: live and at full power.

A "cosmic trip through the universe inside and outside us – led by some of Aotearoa's finest musicians" the show is set to enchant Wellington audiences, on Fly My Pretties' home turf.
