Overview

Tomas Nelson and Anthony Metcalf have been making a name for themselves with the release of their album Out From The Darkness. Gaining critical acclaim, lead singer Nelson has been compared to the likes of Jim Morrison and Julian Casablancas. They combine crunchy old vintage instrumental sounds with smoky baritone vocals to create a nicely layered pop sound. These two almost personify that alternative movement that moves as close as it can to pop without getting cheesy.

You can catch these two at their album release this Friday up at Casette Number 9 for an easy 10 bukkah.
