After opening only a month ago, Pocket Bar and Kitchen is gearing up for one of it's first major occasions this Saturday, which should see the new sun trap burgeoning with festive fare from the get go. With thousands expected to be descending on nearby Western Springs for the inaugural Auckland City Limits (read our guide to ACL here), the new Grey Lynn local is capitalising on it's close proximity to the festival by offering some pretty sweet loosener deals to get the people fired up for the big day.
Starting off, you can line the morning stomach (they open at 10am) with a Bacon Buttie and Bloody Mary for $18. Absolutely I hear you say? Then, before getting yourself into the City Limit's groove, you could look at getting front left to any one of the four below bad boy cocktails for $15 a pop.
