Central Otago's Crown Range Cellar has reopened its cellar door in Parnell months after being ravaged by fire. Rising from the ashes comes the new look membership-only wine lounge.

Found in a quiet courtyard off the main strip at 251 Parnell Road, the refurbished space was designed by architect Ron Seeto. As well as paying homage to the Central Otago region, the space also includes a ceiling installation with burnt wood and fabric 'smoke' tipping its hat to the fire.

Inside, sits a formal bar, wine racks covering the walls and a dining zone that can accommodate a long table for private lunches or dinners. In addition to private tastings, food and wine masterclasses and wine and music experiences, membership includes 12 bottles of vino annually, access to the lounge for corporate/personal use by appointment, invitations to wine and networking events through the year.

Now in its sixth year, Crown Range Cellar has an impressive list of international achievements to its name including the Pinot Noir trophy from London's International Wine and Spirits Competition.
