As we previously noted, the world's most famous Dutch-spawned, juniper based spirit has made quite the resurgence in the past five years. So much so, that it even has it’s own day set aside on the calendar.

This Saturday, June 14 happens to be the sixth official World Gin Day. The lads from the locally produced artisan gin Rogue Society will be flying the gin flag for New Zealand this weekend and have whipped up five top notch recipes to get you through the day - and to prove that there’s more to a good gin mixer than just tonic...or juice.
