Don't go changing

Further changes have been made to the line-up for this year’s St Jerome’s Laneway Festival including the addition of Australian electronic duo The Presets and American singer/songwriter Cat Power.

The bad news is that previously billed electronic producer James Blake will not be performing at the Auckland leg of the festival due to a clash with his nomination for Best New Artist at the 2014 Grammy Awards. The cancellation follows Lorde’s reshuffled performance for the same reason, though fortunately she will still perform two days later on Wednesday 29 January.

It will be the third visit to New Zealand for festival favourites The Presets, and the second visit within 12-months for Cat Power, who last performed here in February, 2013.

They will join twenty five other artists performing at Silo Park on Monday 27 January, 2014 including:

CHVRCHES - Danny Brown – Daughter – Doprah - Earl Sweatshirt - Frightened Rabbit - Ghost Wave – Haim - HIGH HØØPS - Jagwar Ma - Jamie XX - Kurt Vile - Mount Kimbie - Parquet Courts - PCP Eagles – Rackets –Run The Jewels (EL-P & Killer Mike) - Savages - The Jezabels – THIRD3YE - Unknown Mortal Orchestra - Vance Joy - Watercolours - XXYYXX - Youth Lagoon.
