If the first Rhythm and Vines line-up announcement wasn’t enough to whet your festival palete then the latest unveiling of artists may well be enough to tip the balance.

Making his debut at the first festival to see the sun will be US rapper Wiz Khalifa. The rapper came into the limelight in 2004 at the age of 16, and subsequently went on to conquer the US charts with his US smash hit Black and Yellow as well as collaborate with artists Snoop Dogg, Pharrell, Akon, and 2 Chainz.  It will also be Khalifa’s first trip to NZ.

The already announced Hospitality Records have revealed the line-up of DJs to perform the marathon showcase on the Vines stage. Back from South London for a second helping will be Camo & Krooked, High Contrast, Danny Byrd, Metrik and Dynamite MC.

New York producer and DJ Kill the Noise, the official 'The Queen of UK Bass' Ayah Marar, West County bass duo Stanton Warriors, drum n bass producer Wilkinson, DJ Zinc, DJ/producer duo from the Netherlands Mightyfools, Brooklyn artist collective Wolf + Lamb, London-based electronic music artist and owner of the Hyperdub label Kode9, not to forget local acts Tomorrow People, Louis Baker, Weird Together, PleasePlease, Benny Tipene, The Remains and even more acts yet to be announced.
