Luke Mangan is the quintessential Australian celebrity chef. He's cooked for royalty, ex-presidents and even designs menus for airlines.
As part of Restaurant Month, Mangan's bringing his contemporary Asian-inspired Salt restaurant empire to Auckland's Britomart scene on August 27. Salt spans across Australia, Bali, Singapore, Japan and even has a few branches on cruise ships.
Mangan will be joined by Ebisu head chef Murray Wiblin and sushi master Yukio Ozekei.
