Overview
Chef Ryan Clift is the owner and head chef at one of Singapore's most prestigious modern restaurants, Tippling Club. The restaurant is best known for their fun and playful dishes which keep punters returning to enjoy the delicious food on offer.
Clift was the former colleague and mentor of O'Connell St Bistro's head chef Mark Southon. Together the pair will be hosting a beautiful sample of the Tippling Club's menu to celebrate Auckland Restaurant Month.
Menu items include: Ora King salmon, Cloudy Bay clams, wild turbot, wagyu beef, and a range of sweet treats. The event is perfect if you are an adventurous diner and would fancy a trip to Singapore to try the finest dishes (without the pricey airline ticket)
