Overview
Unlike your standard advent calendars filled with less than average chocolate, ARTvent is worth the wait. 12 inspiring installations will fill the steel gantry in Silo Park, gradually revealed during the countdown to Christmas.
ARTvent is an opportunity for local artists to display their work in creative ways while adding festive cheer to the area. The artworks are specifically designed with reference to the Wynyard Quarter and the kiwi Christmas culture. Participating artists include Emil Mcavoy, Laura Forest, Brydee Rood, Emma Anderton, Team Illuminate and Bright Calm City.
ARTvent can be viewed day and night up until Christmas Eve. Plan your visits and watch the magic unfold, or wait till the 24th and see them all.
