Overview

The 2017 ASB Classic has joined forces with some of the best names in music, food and fashion, bringing to life an unmissable summer event. This year's annual tennis tournament will include superstars Venus and Serena Williams, Caroline Wozniacki and Ana Ivanovic as well as previous Men's Champions Roberto Bautista, John Isner and David Ferrer.

The days across the tournament promise to be action-packed both on and off the court with some of the country's top musicians and chefs coming along to the party, delivering captivating beats and the highest-quality cuisine.

For a full entertainment experience The Serve will utilize the nearby Auckland Domain where audiences can watch the tennis-action live from the big screens, in pop-up restaurants, bars and picnic areas. Fans are also able to grab a spot on the grass, jump on a beanbag or picnic blanket and catch a glimpse of some of NZ's best music acts performing live on stage.

The hand-picked artists include some of New Zealand's best acts across the fortnight including NZ Music Awards 'Breakthrough Artist' recipient Kings, Laughton Kora, Boh Runga, Nathan Haines Band and Shapeshifter side project Peacekeepers.

In addition to the artists the tournament will partner with SkyCity's The Kitchen for cuisine by the talent behind Masu, The Grill and Gusto at The Grand and The Sugar Club. A menu prepared by Nic Watt will be dished up for the Moet and Chandon Champagne Lounge and Sean Connolly's creations will be available at a pop-up version of his restaurant The Grill.
