If unwinding with mojitos in the sun sounds like your idea of the perfect afternoon, then Bacardi's new pop-up experience is the one for you.

As the mercury rises this summer, the rum aficionados are inviting Aucklanders to take a break at the city's latest pop-up. Taking over waterfront bar Jack Tar from 1 November to 9 December, the venue will be the perfect laidback destination to soak up harbour views and wrap your hands around cool, refreshing mojitos.

As well as relaxing with the reliable mint and lime version, you'll also have the opportunity to work through a list of creative mojitos whipped up by Jack Tar's resident mixologists. A range of Caribbean-inspired food and live music will complete the chill, summer vibe.

It's not just the harbourside watering hole taking part; three other bars across the city — The Culpeper, Mr Tom's and The Crab Shack — will also be serving exclusive mojito menus.
