Bay Dreams

Overview

Bay Dreams has upped the ante yet again as it heads into its third year, and as usual the festival will host some of the hottest acts in music right now at Mount Maunganui's Baypark. In brief: DJ Snake, Machine Gun Kelly, Pendulum, Foster The People, Flatbush Zombies, Ocean Alley, The Upbeats, Sachi and more.

The music extravaganza, which kicks off with a warm-up party on January 1, has grown in size and popularity since it arose in 2016. This year it will be bigger and better than before as it will feature four stages, state-of-the-art visuals, pyrotechnics, lighting and sound. Organiser have even created a new camping experience called Dream City, which hosts a massive non-stop entertainment area, a bar, a diverse range of food and drinks and late-night entertainment, as well as games and activities.

Even though the festival has sold out, 2000 more tickets are set to be released. So, if you're wanting to start your new year the right way, make sure you get your tickets fast.
