An evening entirely dedicated to burgers.
Overview
Last year Auckland's Food Truck Collective attracted hundreds of hungry punters for an evening entirely dedicated to burgers. For 2021, Big Beautiful Burgers is making its way from Parnell to the leafy surrounds of Milford Reserve.
The event will see some of the city's best mobile cooks assemble to serve their take on the classic combination of patty and bun. Already signed up for the event on Thursday, 25 February are plant-based burger makers Wise Boys, Argentinean barbecue joint Che Lucio, free-range chicken roasters Brotisserie, smash burger pop-up Hash n Smash, organic gelato slingers Lalele, European-style chippery Double Dutch Fries, and heaps more.
No burger is complete without a cold one, so thankfully there'll be a pop-up bar pouring hoppy brews from Behemoth Brewing Company.
