One for lovers of Japanese food, craft beer and sake. As part of Restaurant Month, waterfront Japanese restaurant Ebisu is teaming up with Behemoth Brewery for a seven-course dinner.
Biru Ebisu will see Ebisu head chef Fred Wong, certified sake sommelier Wayne Shennen and Behemoth's Andrew Childs pair one-off dishes with intriguing beverages.
Expect spanner crab croquettes paired with NZ pale ale, seared duck breast with the second-highest grade of sake, a duo of Waygu with American pale ale, Japanese-inspired petite fours and a cheese platter to finish.
