Bondi Icebergs Auckland Pop-Up

Straight from Bondi's iconic Icebergs Dining Room and Bar, the legendary Maurice Terzini and Monty Koludrovic are bringing their authentic Italian experience to Auckland for one night only.

As Maurice suggests, "To cook with a true Italian heart is to cook with a love for your region." And that's exactly what's in store on June 28. Combining talents with chef Sean Connolly, at his restaurant Gusto at the Grand, the trio will serve guests a four-course Italian extravaganza. They promise to inject their love for fresh, wholesome and locally sourced ingredients into each dish.

Things kicks off at 6.30pm, with an aperitivo hour (the Italian equivalent of cocktail hour) and beats from DJ Murray Sweetpants — which you can enjoy till the early hours of the morning, or whenever it all wraps up.
