Overview
What could be better than one of the country's best chefs cooking you brekkie on a Friday morning? Two top chefs cooking for you.
If you were sad to hear that Orphans Kitchen's popular Breakfast Series was coming to a finish (we were too), you might like to know that the Orphan's team are partnering with The Sugar Club's Peter Gordon to end the series with a bang.
The series has seen the Ponsonby bistro work in cahoots with a number of lauded Auckland eateries to produce a left-of-centre two-course breakfast with paired juice and coffee. Past collabs have included game restaurant Cazador, Kumeu's The Tasting Shed and Northern Thai restaurant Saan.
For the final edition for 2017, the menu will incorporate Tom Hishon's locally-inspired dishes, with Gordon's adventurous fusion cuisine, but that's all we can tell you as the finer details of the dishes will be left a surprise until the day.
Join the talented team for a two-course morning meal with paired drinks prepared by some of Auckland's top chefs. Tickets are limited and available for $45 per person with 10% of the proceeds going towards The New Zealand LAM Trust.
